As her husband is currently serving in the United States Coast Guard, it has provided Samantha first hand knowledge of the challenges in selling and buying a home, as well as the moving process.

Growing up in upstate New York as the daughter of a chef, and both parents working in the food industry - Samantha learned early in life the importance of hospitality.  “Being a good person no matter the circumstances” was a significant principle woven throughout her childhood.  With that value base it’s only natural that Samantha’s super power is her ability to find solutions to difficult situations while maintaining decorum and composure.
